Crystal
Crystal graduated from CHI Institute in 2007 and has always been passionate about family medicine. She serves as the office manager of Elkins Park Family Medicine. She loves getting to know her patients and their families and providing individualized patient-centered care. Her driving force and biggest supporters have always been her family and she loves spending her free time with them!
Denise
Denise works as both the front and back desk receptionist. She is very dedicated to patient care and handles the medication prior authorizations. She takes her time to understand each patients individual medication needs and works diligently to get insurance coverage to minimize delay in the patients treatment plan. In her spare time she enjoys babysitting her grandkids and family vacations at the beach.
Ivy
Ivy graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2012 and has worked in both family medicine and cardiology. She joined our team in 2023 and works as a medical assistant as well as at the front desk greeting and checking in patients. Ivy also handles the medical records. On the weekends Ivy enjoys relaxing with her family and dogs.
Kelly
Kelly is our main front desk receptionist who greets and welcomes patients as they enter the office. She has her Masters Degree in Health Policy and Administration from Delaware Valley University. Kelly’s desire to learn every aspect of a medical office has placed her in several different departments within the medical field and she shares those experiences with patients. In her spare time Kelly enjoys traveling with her loved ones.
Alli
Alli joined the team at Elkins Park Family Medicine in May 2025 after graduation. She is our youngest team member and thus is affectionately referred to as our EPFM Baby! Alli brings new energy to the team along with strong technical skills and an enthusiastic desire to learn. Alli starts everyday with a smile and is a delightful addition to our EPFM team.
Marquita
Marquita has wanted to work in the medical field since high school. She graduated from Kaplan Career Institute in 2014 as a Medical Assistant. After taking some time off to raise her kids, Marquita returned to school in 2025 for administrative assistant and a certification in phlebotomy. Marquita truly enjoys making connections with each patient and being part of their health journey.

Elkins Park Family Medicine is conveniently located at 7848 Old York Rd in Elkins Park, PA at the corner of Old York Rd. and Spring Ave. There is ample and handicapped accessible parking as well as a Septa bus stop directly in front of the office. The Elkins Park Train Station is two blocks from the office.
